Service Description
Secure a full season of high-quality ski equipment for your young skier. Our Junior Ski Rental package includes skis, boots, and poles fitted specifically for the 2026-2027 winter season, featuring. The session duration will be for the entire season, you will only need to select a booking time for pickup on check out.
Cancellation Policy
The Lessee is the person completing the booking, the Lessor is The Ski Ladies LLC. The Lessee acknowledges that wearing a properly fitted helmet can reduce the risk of certain head injuries while skiing or snowboarding. The Lessor strongly recommends the use of a helmet at all times. The Lessee agrees that helmet use is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with the decision to wear or not wear a helmet. The Lessee agrees to: *Use all equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner. *Not modify, repair, or replace parts without written consent from the Lessor. *Return all equipment by the agreed date and time in the same condition as received, except for normal wear. *Be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear. Normal wear refers to minor surface wear and superficial blemishes that do not affect performance of equipment. *Not lend or sub-rent the equipment to any third party. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver The Lessee understands that skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, injury, death, or weather-related hazards. By completing the booking, the Lessee *Accepts full responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur while using the rented equipment. *Releases and holds harmless the Lessor, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from equipment use. Equipment Return Equipment must be returned to: The Ski Ladies LLC, 4857 S 5050 W, Hooper, Utah 84315 On or before May 31st 2027 by 5pm (call or text to make a return appointment) Failure to return equipment within 24 hours of the due date may result in legal action and forfeiture of deposit. A daily late fee of $15 will be charged for the first month for each day that the gear is not returned. If equipment is not returned within 30 days of the scheduled return date, the Lessee will be charged the full replacement cost of the unreturned items A $200 deposit fee will be collected at pickup, and refunded when gear is returned. By placing this order, the lessee agrees to all terms stated above. The lessee must be the person picking up the gear and must present a valid photo ID at the time of pickup for verification.
