Welcome to The Ski Ladies. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or renting equipment from The Ski Ladies, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or completing a purchase or rental reservation.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. General Terms
The Ski Ladies provides ski, snowboard, and other recreational equipment for sale and rental.
We reserve the right to update product availability, pricing, descriptions, rental rates, policies, and website content at any time without prior notice.
All products, rentals, and services are subject to availability.
2. Used & Pre-Owned Gear
Many of the products offered by The Ski Ladies are used, pre-owned, previously rented, or otherwise previously owned equipment.
Because of this, used equipment may show signs of normal use, including but not limited to:

Scratches
-
Scuffs
-
Cosmetic wear
-
Dents or marks
-
Fading or discoloration
-
Wear to bindings, straps, buckles, zippers, or other components

Other signs of previous use
We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe the condition of used equipment before it is offered for sale.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review photographs, descriptions, sizing information, and condition details before purchasing.
Used Gear Sales
All sales of used gear are final unless otherwise specifically stated by The Ski Ladies in writing.
By purchasing used equipment, the customer acknowledges that the equipment is pre-owned and may show reasonable signs of use.
A product will not be considered defective solely because it has normal cosmetic wear consistent with its age and previous use.
If you believe an item is materially different from its description or arrived damaged, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of receiving the item.
3. Equipment Condition & Safety
The Ski Ladies makes reasonable efforts to inspect rental and used equipment before providing it to customers.
However, customers are responsible for inspecting equipment before use and should not use equipment that appears damaged, defective, improperly adjusted, or unsafe.
Customers should immediately notify The Ski Ladies of any concerns regarding the condition of equipment.
Skiing, snowboarding, and other recreational activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, property damage, or death.
Customers are responsible for using equipment appropriately and following applicable safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, resort rules, and applicable laws.
4. Rental Equipment
Rental equipment remains the property of The Ski Ladies and is provided to the customer only for the agreed rental period.
The customer agrees to:

Use the equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

Take reasonable care of all rented equipment.

Not sell, loan, transfer, alter, modify, or repair rental equipment without permission from The Ski Ladies.

Return all equipment and accessories by the agreed return date and time.

Return equipment in substantially the same condition in which it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
5. Rental Pickup & Identification
The lessee must be the person picking up the rental equipment unless The Ski Ladies has approved another arrangement in advance.
The lessee must provide a valid photo ID for verification at pickup.
The lessee will pay $200 deposit on pickup.
The Ski Ladies may refuse to release rental equipment if the required identification or information cannot be provided.
6. Rental Period & Late Returns
Rental equipment must be returned by the date and time specified in the rental agreement.
A daily late fee may be charged for equipment that is not returned during the first month after the agreed return date.
Additional charges may apply if equipment remains unreturned beyond the applicable rental period, including charges for lost or unreturned equipment.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Rental Equipment
The customer is responsible for rental equipment while it is in their possession.
The customer may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement if equipment is:

Lost
-
Stolen
-
Not returned
-
Damaged beyond normal wear and tear
-
Returned with missing components or accessories
-
Damaged through misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper use
The amount charged may depend on the nature and extent of the damage or loss and the cost of repair or replacement.
8. Rental Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your rental reservation, you will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% is non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be made before your scheduled pickup date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the rental period has begun.

Requests to change rental dates or equipment should be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

9. Early Rental Returns
Returning rental equipment early does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund of unused rental days.
Any exception is at the discretion of The Ski Ladies.
10. Rental No-Shows
If a customer does not pick up their reserved equipment and does not contact The Ski Ladies to cancel the reservation, the reservation may be considered a no-show.
No-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
11. Weather & Resort Conditions
Skiing and snowboarding are dependent on weather and resort conditions.
Weather, snow conditions, resort closures, road conditions, warm temperatures, or other circumstances outside the control of The Ski Ladies do not automatically qualify a customer for a refund.
If The Ski Ladies is unable to fulfill a rental because of circumstances within our control or circumstances that make the rental unavailable, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
12. Rental Equipment Changes
Requests to change rental dates, equipment, sizes, or other rental details should be made as soon as possible.
All changes are subject to equipment availability.
The Ski Ladies cannot guarantee that a requested replacement item, size, or date will be available.
13. Security Deposit
must A $200 security deposit per rental package will be collected at the time of pickup. Exceptions may be made for large group rentals at the discretion of the Ski Ladies LLC.
The security deposit will be refunded after all rental equipment has been returned and inspected, provided the gear is returned on time and without damage or missing items.
Lessee of rental equipment should review the rental terms and conditions for all replacement costs.
14. Payment
Payment must be received as required at the time of purchase or rental reservation.
We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. Additional terms and conditions from the applicable payment processor may apply.
The Ski Ladies reserves the right to cancel an order or reservation if payment cannot be successfully processed.
15. Product Pricing & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, and availability information are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur.
The Ski Ladies reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order or reservation if incorrect pricing, availability, or product information was displayed.
16. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:

Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.

Submit false or misleading information.
